Marie Springsteen, SHRM-CP

President/Founder

A resident of Cape Coral, Marie is originally from Connecticut.  Marie has over 40 years as a certified Human Resources professional and is the Human Resources Manager for Quigley Eye Specialists.  Personal experience with a Breast Cancer diagnosis provided the catalyst in forming 4 Words Foundation Inc.  Marie volunteers her time as the President of the Foundation and believes in giving back to the community.  Marie spends her spare time volunteering for several other local non-profits. 


Janette, L'Heureux, RHU, REBC, PHR, ChHC

Executive Vice President
A resident of Fort Myers for the last 28 years Janette is originally from Wisconsin but calls Florida home.  Janette is a benefits broker for a large insurance firm headquartered in Tampa and understands how costly medical care can be. That and the fact that she is passionate about what we do leads Janette to continue to volunteer for 4 Words Foundation.

Lacey D'Amato

Director
Lacey D'Amato is a resident of East Haven, CT and a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University. She currently works as Assistant Director, Faculty Support Services at the Yale University School of Management in New Haven, CT. A papillary thyroid cancer survivor, Lacey enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and son.
