4 Words Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Florida. Founded in July 2013, the dedicated officers of the organization volunteer their time supporting our mission of raising awareness and educating the public about the importance of health screenings in the prevention, early detection, and treatment of cancers.
4 Words Foundation, Inc. extended its' reach into the State of Connecticut in March of 2016 to encompass the above mission for individual's in New Haven County, Connecticut.
Your donation will also help those individuals without insurance or those who cannot afford the co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance associated with cancer screenings and additional testing needed for their diagnosis. No one should have to make the decision to forgo a necessary cancer screening/test in order to take care of their family due to the financial burden.
